Default Front end /steering vibration

I recently replaced Sway Bar Links, Inner and Outer Tie Rods - both sides on my 2012 outlander gt. My original problem was vibrating in the front end at 80 mph - acting like the tires were out of balance. My local tire shop said I needed to repace outer tie rod ends. I did a lot more. Now not only does it vibrate at high speeds it wobbles has a mind of it's own and does not return to center unless you help with steering. The steering really is in pretty bad shape. I need to have both hands on the wheel most of the time. Also I'm quite sure theses are bad tires which have caused me grief since day one. The car stops straight but has not been aligned since the work. H E L P please.

From the service manual: I would also carefully check the condition of the wheel bearings. Outlanders are known for having to have them replaced sooner than expected.

So the good news is getting 4 new tires balance and align my problem is fixed. The bad news it cost me 700 dollars. I bought "bad" tires a year ago and fought front end and balance problems for a whole year. I was desperate.

Good for you! And now you have some nice new parts that are going to last a long time. Enjoy the smooth ride!
