Default fuel filter location

Hi all,
I own a 2008 2.0 DID outlander elegance, can someone please confirm the exact location of the diesel fuel filter, car was only serviced aprox 5000 miles ago by local dealer , recently been getting intermittent kangaroo effect, I know this effects the 2.0 tdi engine, just can't seem to locate the filter, can someone tell me or provide pics where its located.
Thanks

I don't have your car but my previous mitsubishi was under the battery stand so you would not be able to see it easily. Best to trace the fuel line under the car, or the fuel rail back.

Warning.. if from factory these fittings are very tight, but if dealer always serviced it before then it is probably easier to change.
