Default gracenote update

hello all, I'm new to this as I only recently bought a 2011 Outlander GX4, my problem is how to update the grace note music server on the head unit. I have been on the Mitsubishi website showing how to do it, but it does not cover the Windows 10 operating system which I have on my PC. I have rung head office at Cirencester but they have no idea. Can anybody help please as I've tried to download the info onto a disc as advised but it wont read it, I know its me doing it wrong, but I don't know what!
Thank you in advance,
Grahami

Is it not just an .ISO file that's downloaded?

In which case you simply burn it to a CD, same method as with any windows.

Unfortunately you have to download 3 sections from the file (data1) when it has been decompressed and burn them to the cd separately, the same has to be done for the data 2 download, I have tried Al sorts of variations but nothing works. If all else fails I will have to try and fit an old PC and try it on that, many thanks for the suggestion
