Default halo rings \ angel eyes for my outlander

I have 2011 Outlander with the regular Halogen headlights.
I am planning to open them in order to install Angel eyes.

Anyone know the right diameters for the rings? (one circle and one C ring)

Which one is better to your opinion Led Halos or CCFL?

Im always for LEDs. Last longer, and always fire up, even in -35C. HOWEVER, for Halos, I would use CCFL. They just look better.

Just take a look at the new RangeRover, they have LED 'Halos', and it looks absolutely silly.

Overall, reconsider adding Halos to your Outlander, might look a bit ricy. Rather add a K&N air filter, the sound it producer always puts a smile on my face!! - OR Replace your interior lights with LEDs etc, if you have the urge to change something!!! (I know that feeling!!)

In the end, whatever you end up doing, post some Pics!!!

I am not sure it is too ricy, I think that it will fit the outlander.
by the way its about time for me to learn how to open the headlights (and close them).

Talking about urge to do something:
Yesterday I checked how do I remove the headlights and meanwhile changed the original horns to something that the other driver can hear :-). I will open another thread with instructions & pics.

Why led and not CCFL?

If you consider DIY there are some options.... this is the reason that I need the diameters
