Default Headlight Highbeams Issue

I have a 2008 Mitsubishi Outlander XLS V6 and had the Highbeams Headlight Bulbs (HB3) replaced and now when I turn them on at night it seems that only one side (the leftside) projects and is visible. The right-side highbeams is on it is just not projecting forward or producing a beam of light like the left side. What can be wrong? Is it a bad bulb possibly?

The right side Highbeam does not illuminate or project as much as the leftside. What can be wrong?

I had exactly this issue with my High beams. Turned out I hadn't located the bulb correctly. Took it out and re-fitted it and sorted.

Does anyone know if there is a YouTube video or instructions on how to change the Highbeam bulb on the 2008 Mitsubishi Outlander XLS?

If they are the same as mine HB4 or HB3 then 1/4 turn anticlock and they come out. Disconnect cable and reverse back in. Socket should be pointing down when correctly fitted
