Default Hid fog light helppppp!!!!!

So I have a 2009 Mitsubishi outlander SE and I currently have 55W HID Kit from Mod-Express and managed to cut off the DRLs with a special harness thanks to Jrox on ebay.

Now Im moving onto the Foglights and I want to throw in HIDs but for some reason its not working!

I have a standard Relay harness and the installation instructions I used were these:

Relay Installation Guide

Now I troubleshooted and checked my ballasts and bulbs and they all work.

How can you check if a relay harness is in working order??

Am I installing something wrong?

Maybe a polarity issue? (although I checked and tried that)

I just feel as if Im doing something wrong here.

PLEASE HELP!

Thanks to all in advance !

I have found some HID manufacurer the input wires are back wards. Their black feed wire is positive and blue is negative.

Sorry no link just experience. I have installed a good dozen sets of hids and many times can get them to fire and jsut switch the feed wires. I have found that the factory positive needs to be connected to the hids black and the factory negative to the hids blue. I have even found some plug and play connecters need to be swapped and then they work.

omit the harness and test them right off the battery, low voltage will cause them not to light also. Omitting the harness can rule out that.

what you mean by test them right off the battery? like plug the hids in without the relay? use the vehicles harness and see if that would work?

Yes omit the harness is one option.

Another test you could also just touch the battery with the wires that are ment to plug into the factory fog connectors to see if the bulbs and ballast work.
