Default Hitch 3d Module

Hi

so here is my project:

Building a hitch receiver for my outlander 2007, I finally finished a 3D module but I am not posting any measurement till I make sure everything is correct. Also thanxs to da_wun member for his help.

I'll start building the side mounts with depron boards since I have it in the house.
I ll keep posting my progress but its going to be slow since I have a full time job. Once its all perfect all the 3D measurement and designs will be posted here with pictures before and after installation just in case some1 tryin to do the same.

I am doing it since it cost about 500 to 600 Australian dollars

Cheers

Default Good luck and one addition.

The Curt hitch also has a piece of steel welded to the back of the square tube that has its opening beside the tow ring on the rear frame. A bolt is put through and they are tightened together with a nut. It helps brace the hitch. You might want to add that at the end if everything else fits. Check the curt website for a nice picture:

Just look for a rear hitch for a 2007 outlander to see it.
