hey aw-,

road race motorsports in ca makes a simple strut-bar which helps to reduce body flex over rough road surfaces, but as it doesn't tie in to the firewall, it doesn't do much to appreciably improve handling. one of our number posted pictures of the rrm bar installed in his outlander, but i can't direct you there as i couldn't find it before posting here. i posted one picture of my engine bay in the 'new tyres...' thread on page 3 or 4 of this outlander chat where you can see the bar with the company rrm logo, but the attachment points are outside the photo's limits as i was only trying to picture my half-fabricated weapon-r air intake installation after having
described it in a post a couple of months before.
all in all, you'll really only feel the difference in handling with the rrm bar when on a poor road surface, but i don't regret getting it, as even a little better handling is; well, better....
