After doing a search, my question is still this: In an XLS with navi. can you hook up your ipod to an aux. input and use the controlls on the steering wheel or navi unit to change songs and a look at playlists etc. Like an interface, so you dont have to pick up your ipod all the time. Just controll it with the navi screen? If so, where is the input? Or can this not be done with the stock stereo in this car? Thanks

 

Hooking it up to the AUX input, you cannot control the ipod via stereo controls. You must use the ipod to change songs, etc.
