Watch out when removing/putting back the jack in your 07/08 Outlander, its a very tight fit and its very very easy to ding your rear quarter panel. The jack is placed on the mount and needs to be retracted to remove, and then reinstalled retracted and then expanded to be remounted(see manual). I managed to put a small nick in my fender even with being careful. Not too pleased.
