Default Juddering

I have a Outlander GX3 2.2 DI-D 2016
Once I'm on the motorway I always use cruise control and set it to around 75mph. After a few seconds or when I go SLIGHTLY uphill where the car has to work a tiny bit harder the vehicle start to judder softly then roughly.
soon as I disengaged the CC the car is fine!
I'm booked in this week for a diesel carbon clean this week as I'm trying to work through possibilities. Anyone know any info on this would be muchly appreciated. Cheers

Can you confirm that vehicle does not switch to lower gear when driving slight uphill?
Have you tried to drive on the same road with the same speed (keeping it constant) but with CC turned off? I assume you have A/T.

It is manual, 75mph!! Even does it on the flat. When CC is off its fine. And no, its 6 speed manual. 2.2 DI-D 2016 GX3

I would advise to visit the Mitsu authorized workshop and update software/firmware for ECU, gearbox, 4WD control unit etc modules. It is clearly a SW bug, perhaps, an A/T does not switch to lower gear in time or at higher load when CC is activated.
