Lights come on by itself, blinkers don't work, then the lights shut off and the blinkwork work. 4wd light comes on also some other lights. I have 2017 Outlabder. Any help would be appreciated. Ty.

 

A possible problem with ETACS unit.

 

what does the ETACS do? Told the shop to look at tthat. They said hey have good power going to it.

 

”Good power” doesn't prevent ETACS to be faulty. It's a computer which controls everything in a car except engine. It's like a laptop, you close lid but fans continue runnning because hardware or software is broken. Authorized workshop can try to reflash software in ETACS but in most of the cases the hardware is faulty, they used to replace it.
