Fuses 18 and 19 are the headlamp low beam (left and right) for the Halogen lamps.... I checked the fuses and they are intact. Not sure how I can check to see whether they come on during turning, perhaps I'll ask my wife to stand on a bend while I drive round it... :-)

I also checked the DRL Fuse the other day, it wasn't there so I fitted one, but made no positive impact, the lights still don't come on. I guess I'll have to take it to Mitsubishi, and see what they say. Hopefully someone will speak english.... :-(

Those lights are DRL lights for US/Canada market and AFS light for most of other markets.

Yep, they are indeed turning lights, as I found out on my way home from the airport last night.... I also bought a fog-light bulb for the rear, will fit that to see if it fixes the inop problem.

OK, I replaced the rear fog light bulb today, and it didn't fix the issue. I'd probably electrocute myself if I took a multimeter to it to try and find power, so unless anyone else has a bright idea, I guess I'll have to take it to my dealer. :-(

On a brighter note, I did manage to replace the inop licence plate bulb! :-)

I don't think a multimeter is going to help anyways if the new bulb isn't working. But 12v is considered low voltage, it's really really hard for it to cause enough current to run through your heart to kill you, there just isn't enough potential difference there, even if you were soaking wet.

How do you turn on your rear fog light?

Turn on low beams, then turn fog ring on a stalk forward twice. First turn engages front fogs, second one powers rear one. Note that only driver's side rear fog should be lit.

OK, so I've figured out what's causing the issue..... my tow bar. When I depress one of the little connectors in the socket, the fog light comes on (when I've got fog light selected on the light stalk). But, the connection must be dodgy because the light goes off when I stop depressing the connector....

I'm going to take the socket off tomorrow (tried doing it today but one of the screw/nut assemblies has corroded, resulting in me rounding off the screw recess).....

The bending lights in OZ come on when the steering wheel turns so far to the left or to the right
