Default Losing power and erratic shifting only after reaching operating temperature

2016 outlander SE 4WD

Problem at first glance. Erratic rpm's when driving along with inconsistent power. Normal and consistent at idle.

Only occurs after the car has reached or is near reaching operating temperature

Drives and shifts correctly and well for 5-10 minutes from cold start. Once the temps reach halfway to operating temperature, erratic rpms occur along with loss of power only while driving. Will drive like this for about 10-15 minutes before it basically loses power.

Fixes done:
Valve body replaced
2x CVT fluid drain change
Both CVT Filters changed
TCM replacement
MAF cleaned
Throttle body cleaned
Vacuum hose between MAF sensor and throttle body checked for leaks
O2 Sensors cleaned

Has anyone else had this issue before?

Looking at live data I can see my Throttle position spiking and dropping. However before I buy a whole nother part I wanted to post here and hope someone has come accross this and fixed it.

Does the CVT affect the throttle body position in any way?

Is this model and year of outlander or any other Mitsubishi known to have its external cooler clogged? It's weird to have this issue only after reaching operating temps which leads me to think it's not a CVT issue but I cannot for the life of me find anyone having problems with their throttle body at operating temperature.

Anyone got any advice or pointers?
