Default Low compression and neg fuel trims

Outlander 2005 Low compresion 130, 170, 135, 130 can be the cause of negatives long term fuel trim -7 to -9?

My first thought is worn piston rings leaving unburnt fuel in combustion chamber accounting for neg fuel trims but neg trims on all cylinders I wanna say no it's head gasket I believe it's one or other
