Default mitsubishi asx 2013 (sport outlander) hand brake retainer clips

Hi all,
I tried searching everywhere and can't find an answer for this. I took my 2013 asx (sport outlander) into the dealership to have some recalls done and they have come back saying the hand brake retainer clips are missing and it would be $650 (AUD) to replace them. I have been looking through part lists and trying to find service manuals to possibly find what they are talking about. Would anyone be able to point me in the right direction as to part numbers and how to replace them because surely it's not worth that much money for some clips.

And if this has been asked and I missed it in my searches I'm sorry about that.

I honestly have no idea what they are on about. There are clips on the handbrake cables that lock into a plate on the caliper. But if these were missing it woould not be a huge problem. These are part of the handbrake cable, so that could explain the large cost. But for them to be missing someone must have removed them.

Thank you I will look into that and see if I can find that part number to see if that is what they are on about. And I did purchase the car recently and had prior to it being purchased a mechanic redid all the brakes and replaced tyres. So maybe they had something to do with it. So I will follow up with them. But ultimately if they aren't that big a deal I don't know if I will worry. As I can't imagine the other mechanic will admit to taking them off. Either way thanks for the info it gives me something to look into.
