Hi

I have a 2012 Mitsubishi Outlander GX4 Diesel Manual. When pulling away the engine gets to higher revs in the gear and it will hesitate for a bit before then changing up the gear, for example going from 1st to 2nd up to 3rd etc. When it is in higher gears it does not seem to happen and if you drive it hard up through the gears it isn't happening.

Its had a new turbo and a full service.
