Default Mitsubishi Outlander CVT type?

Hello,

Does anybody know the exact model of the CVT transmission used in Mitsubishi Outlander 2009 2.4l ES model? Does it use chain belts or rubber belts?

Thanks

its made by Jatco transmission of japan.
and yes, it uses steel plates locked together as a belt that pushes, not pulls.
