Default Mods: Can we split this forum up into several sub-forums?

Please. I'd like to propose that the "Outlander" forum be broken up into: "Outlander Gen 1 (2003-2006)", "Outlander Gen 2 (2007-Present), "Outlander Sport (2010-Present)"

Thoughts?

I agree. Especially since in Europe There is no Outlander Sport, the model is called ASX as seen more as a bigger Lancer rather than smaller Outlander...

Having models in their own respective sub-categories would make it lot easier to go through the messages, since the title lines tell about the problem, but usually not which model/generation is in question.

I would like an Outlander Sport forum as I have just purchased a cool Laguna Blue SE AWD with Premium and Protection Pkg's. and would like to easily share experiences with other owners or wanabe's.

Just so everyone is aware, I have acknowledged your suggestion and will be passing it along!

Hopefully you'll be seeing your ideas implemented very soon, but of course nothing is guaranteed. I have zero control over the layout.

Just to make you all aware, I've been told that the boards will be seeing a MAJOR software upgrade some time in the near future.

Now everyone is excited about the overhaul. Right after the changes most are whining about how different and crappy everything new is. Soon everyone will shut up and after a while there will me consensus that the overhaul was indeed great improvement.

Thanks for letting us know.

After passing on your suggestion, I have been told that it is indeed possible.

There will be a large amount of work involved in moving threads over, but it can still be done.

Look out for it in the near future!

THUMB DOWN

the more we split up the sections the less "flow" there is in the forum, so then we will lose peoples experience as they only start to hangout in particular forums.
