Navi unit with TV-tuner?
Check out this link, and watch the video.

Approx 1 min and 20 sek: An option in the navi unit sais TV, and what seems to be live TV appears on the screen. How do I manage to get this in my navi-unit (when I get my car in February.. ;-) )? I live in Norway, and the "through the air" broadcast is digital with mpg4.

RE: Navi unit with TV-tuner?
I think that its only available in Japan
I have a Euro model and there is no way of getting TV in there unless you buy a satelite receiver and connect it to the screen, but then with bigger turns you will loos signal but on the otehr hand when you park the car you will be able to watch TV

I guess even the frequencies from that OTA channels that Japan uses are different (or even unlicensed?) here in the US. Same reason why EU Asia and most the the world runs on GSM 900 & 1800, while the US runs on GSM 850 & 1900, talking about GSM phones that is.
