You should be able to buy the remote start module from the dealer. If I remember it's about $350.00, and mounts under the front driver's seat, with the antenna in the driver's "A" pillar. It's plug and play, but you have to plug a MUTT II into the car to tell the computer that it is there.

I'm in the US of A. You should be able to have your dealer order one or buy one on line. Yoiu can install it yourseflf, but still have to have the computer programmed so it knows iot's there. Maybe have your dealer order an Outlander with the remote-start allready installed.
