yes they are US model tsb's one is for a ecm reprogram adjusting for poor gas quality and the other requeats replacing relays that may malfunction if condensation gets inside and freezes.

here's a copy of 07-13-010 note that this repair is for certain conditions and has been updated on the newer models.

Default Transmission still shift hard after replacing faulty relays

Here in Canada it’s bitter cold and had the problem related to the TSB−10−13−002 faulty relay freezing (accumulate humidity) for models 2007 to 2010. It results in vehicle no start or a number of other problems as relays do not sent the signals. Over the last 10 years Mitsu first replaced the 4 black relays (1 for cvt, 1 for throttle, 1 for starter, 1 for ignition) with green relays, same problem. Then replaced the green with blue relays, same problem, now replacing with other newer black (but mecano recommends light grey from Bosh). After replacing my blue relays with the Bosch relays, I read my codes and P1590 and U0101 both related to the cvt transmission. Codes are not erased yet, but I still have hard shifting in reverse. How do I get rid of this problem which should have dissapeared after replacing the relays..... Do I have to reprogram the transmission unit or is it going to get away after some relearn? I was told by a mechanic that it may take something like 50 start before the transmission adjusts. ??????
