noise when put it in reverse!

Default noise when put it in reverse!
my 03 outlander started to make a clack noise when i shift it to reverse only and is driving me crazy cuz i dunno that much bout cars and i don't wana get rip off,any ideas? many,many thanks!!

I'd just have a standard transmission service and adjustment/tightening done.
