NY area Outlander Owner Bull Bar
OK,
I found a place that would make a custom Bull Bar for the 2010 Outlander GT. Anyone close to this area and want a Bull Bar? If they get the dimensions they will make 2 and ship one to Dallas. Probably get us a good deal as a package. An NO it does not void any warrenty or mess with the air bag. Modern airbags use a decelerometer inside the engine compartment. They do not detect impacts in the front.

Probably around $200 for the black. The SS are about $330. If you want to call him tomorrow the 800 number is 866-767-1663 and his name is Cesar. I bet for 2 of them he would make a deal.
Someone has to physically take their Outie to their shop in NY. They can't custom fabricate a bar from afar. I am in Texas so that drive is not in my best interest. I am looking for someone that can go by their shop for the fabrication. Then they can make and fit 2 and send me the second one.
They did a custom front and rear on an Outie Sport. They need a regular Outlander to create one that will fit my 2010 GT. Unfortunately I don't want to pay $450 for the Romik. Black is $250 and Stainless is $300. $280 and $330 including shipping. If we got enough maybe I could get a dealer to take an Outie to them to measure and custom fit. Might even be able to score a discount.
I'm totally in, but I live in FL. Not making that Drive. I want bull bars as well and I agree about Rimik's High price point. I want a black bull bar. Their site looks like it's a Outlander Sport 2011 though. Wish I could help with this cause I'd totally buy the bar for that price!
I gave these guys a call, they said they need the vehicle there to fabricate, and mount the brackets. Not a direct bolt on kit. I still want this, I just don't understand how a company can give something a part number, if its a custom job. Doesn't that defeat the whole "custom" idea? Anybody else know where these are available? Will the outlander bar fit the sport?
