Was hoping to buy a bluetooth module and add it to my UK Outlander 2007 (with MMCS), but thought I had better check with the dealership that they would be able to program it as required. My local dealer told me that they could only enable parts which were listed on their system, and as they only had a 'one button bluetooth' module listed, then that would be the only one they could enable. He also seemed to imply that the bluetooth module had never been available in the UK as an aftermarket fit, and as such their MUT3 device would probably not be able to enable one (I had been planning to buy one from the US).

So, has anyone in the UK managed to fit an OEM bluetooth module, and how did they persuade the dealer to enable it?

Any advice appreciated.
