Hi all, I took my Outlander 2007 to a mechanic and he told me that my hoses were not leaking, my pump was not leaking, but my power steering rack seal on the left wheel is leaking, and repairing it is a major job requiring dropping of the entire engine block just to replace a seal.

Can anyone confirm this?
