Default Outlander 2014 stuck on Mitsubishi logo

Hi
I recently purchased a mitsubishi outlander 2014 and the W12 system said it needed a map card so brought one put it in said it was installing them the screen went blank and now will only boot up with the logo and the reverse camera works but can't get it to do anything else tried unplugging it removing fuses but nothing seems to change it any ideas

This is just a suggestion, so proceed at your own risk. (It is part of what you'll have to do when you inevitably have to replace your vehicle's battery, but, nevertheless, proceed at your own risk.)

Unlock the doors and leave at least the driver's door open.

Lift the hood.

Disconnect the NEGATIVE cable from the battery and leave it off the battery for a few minutes.

Have a key nearby to silence the alarm system, if necessary.

Reconnect negative cable and see if this corrects any problem.

Tried that left it off for like 1h and nothing
