Are you asking how to add the 3rd row seats?

I'm sure a tint shop can tint your rear door windows. I think here in the states, most laws allow them to be tinted.

What is covering the floor? Do you have the indents in the floor with a bar in each one to hook the seats when they are not folded? You probably need to get seatbelts as well.
You can see how to do it by downloading the service manual, which describes how to install/remove them.
As for windows, I'm quite sure any decent auto glass place can put OEM fit windows in there.
The only thing you really can't do yourself would be the windows, as the Outlander is pretty modular in design. Unless you are missing chassis attachment points or something of course...

I'm no expert on the 4work version Baxter but I'm pretty sure it's modified locally so in theory there should be no reason why it cannot be converted back.

Before you go to the expense I'd check the legality and insurance implications of carrying more than 2 people in it.

In the long run it may be cheaper and safer to sell the van and buy the 'car' version instead.

not a bad idea ndj, quick call to insurance company may save a bit.

as for parts, check out car-parts.com for the needed seats and such. you might also get the glass out of it as well...if not, an auto glass shop should be able to fix you up.

dependent on the year, you can download the service manual and get step-by-step instructions on how to add/remove seats.
