outlander not starting help before tow

2007 Mitsu Outlander no start issue
I have a no start condition, and interested in the vented vs. non-vented relays. Live in New Hampshire. Vehicle sitting in 50 F. garage for 6 weeks, and will crank over but not start.
I needed the details in that TSB, and located it by number: It is TSB-10-13-002. which gives the correct relay part numbers, and a proper illustration locating the relays.
You wll need Blue Relay # 8627A024 (need 3) and Grey MFI relay MR400709 (need 1)
