Default P0125

HI all.

Bit of a strange one this.

I had to replace the radiator on my outie 2004 sport. whilst at it i replaced the thermostat as well as i dont think the previous owner had dont much with it all.

new coolants 5 ltr
New rad
New cap 0.9 bar
new thermostat 82c
New air filter whilst at is

then i started to get different codes on the OBD2 mostly P0125 but if i cleared the fault the nex one would be P0170 and there was another one to but cant remember the numbers.

So, after reading around the tinerweb i found one problem can be the O2 sensors so i replaced them both as well.

so, im still getting the same fault. strange thing is its only on the motorway of a long dual carriageway where im running a constant speed for 10-11 minutes.

if i clear the code whilst driving then it comes on again 10 minutes later.

if i play with speeds, as in change the speed on the journey to say 70 then after 6-7 minute let the speed drop to 60 and then back up to 70 for 7-8 minutes i can stop the fault showing.

every time it is that same place on the motor way as i do the same trip often. but if i do the slowing and speeding thing then i dont get the fault.

i can drive for hours on the back roads of town driving without the fault showing.

can someone please give a little in site into where to look. i know its saying the temp sensor but the ohms are showing as 1ohm so not so sure. i don't want to keep replacing things in a hope i it will get on it. its such a definite set of circumstances that im hoping someone else has had the fault and sorted it.

thanks for your thoughts gents

ATB

Phil
