Default P0455 Evaporative Emission System Leak
My 2010 Outlander has the above code when the check engine light code was scanned. I tried tightening the gas cap. Didn’t solve problem (cleared the code first).

I'd get under the back driver's side and look for cracked or damaged hoses and connectors

Also don't forget that gas caps wear over time and just a new one could help that as well
