Installing the hose, according to my installer:

1. Remove the MMCS unit (https://mitsubishiforum.com/m_124086/tm.htm). Here the OEM hose (PN 7830A084):

2. Remove cover over MMCS unit. After remove the screws, gently pull out upward, is assured by clips

3. Remove lower glove box

4. Here the cover that covers the port to insert the end of the hose. It is necessary to cut it with a knife. Be carefull because is a plastic very strong

5. Port once cut the cover in air duct

6. Finally, inserts both ends of the hose, something very simple. I could not have a good image, sorry. . .

And, in my opinion, you can try install the hose only removing the lower glove box and the air vent to the right of the MMCS

Attached hose today to cooler switch. Thanks for the instructions. I removed lower glove box and right air vent. Success!! I used a small swiss army pocket knife to cut the covered ****. Took awhile. Works like a charm. Thanks to Mitsupartsman and Jsrd.

JSRD,

Where did you get the sunglasses holder from and what was the price? Do you have any pictures of the install?

Hi ruchuck. I obtained this accessory from japanparts (http://www.japanparts.com/db/partsli...volkey=&page=4). Not yet I have installed it but I will try the next week; I will comment if it is possible or not to install it. . .

tdford, the sunglass holder that are in the mitsuparstman's website does not correspond with the OEM part for Outlander; in fact, this already I commented it with mitsupartsman
