Default planning to buy nerf bars...any advice?

So I'm curious if anyone has this kind of side step particularly the Romik nerf bars. I'm thinking of buying these steps but I want to know first if they look good or will hang a bit low. Or should I get running boards instead? Any advice? Thanks guys.

This thread has some nice real life pictures.

I likes the looks of the round ones but the boards look like they provide more protection. It is really up to you but Romik has good customer service and ours were well made and lasted well after we traded the vehicle in.

Thanks for the link! I also like the style of the tube steps than the boards. And I’m not a fan of chrome or stainless accessories so I will buy the black one.

Just double check to make sure they will fit. I don't know about the 2014 but the 12 and 13 years had a different molding on the bottom which made some bars/steps not fit as well. I am sure a little searching on manufacturers sites will tell you, I just have not done it yet.
