Planning to buy 2009 Outlander
Hi,
I am planning to buy outlander 2009 here in Canada. The dealer offer me 72 months fianance with APR 2.8 that makes roughly biweekly installment $235/=. Is it sounds good. and what thing should I keep in mind when negotiate with the dealers.
Thanks for suggestions...

go to a bank and see if anyone can do better.
I just bought an '07 LS AWD from a dealer and whittled them down to 12.5k after trade-in.
Read this over...they have some good points:

Tough to say without knowing the model, extras, what your down payment is and if there is a trade-in.
General rule - try and get the most you can for your trade-in since its applied before taxes you will save on taxes and interest paid. Also don't let them pigeon hole you into categories - what you want for your trade-in, your down payment, etc. Do some research on the model you want, know how much you are willing to pay, tell them what you want to pay and tell them what resources you have (down payment, trade-in, etc). Let them figure out how to cut and balance here and there to make it work. Be prepared to walk away when they don't give you the price you want. 4 out of 5 times they will call you back the next morning.
But if you don't have a down payment or a trade-in then you are at the mercy of what they can offer for a discount. Also watch out for dealer fees - in fact ask them this a head of time so that its not a bait and switch later:
dealer: "great news, we can discount $2500 off msrp if we can earn your business today"
you: "that's great news"
dealer: "so here are the details, if you could just initial the at the bottom"
you after reading the line items: "uh, if you are discounting $2500 off msrp, then why are the monthly payments the same as msrp?"
dealer: "oh, well there is an administration fee, licensing fee, advertising fee, dealer network fee, registration fee, inspection fee, a/c tax, full tank of gas, vehicle etching, and of course we need to make some money on the vehicle and the salesperson gets a commission..."
