Default Plug at rear of outlander center console

Does anyone know what theconnectoron the right side rear of the center console is used for. There are 2 wires attached to itone Whiteand one Red wire. There is no voltage that I can read off of it. The connector is tothe right of the audio connectorsatthe rear of the center console. Picture attached.

Just a wild guess, but it could be the conection for the AC outlet that is optional.

I think he means the 110v AC outlet.

If that was it I would figure that I would have 12volts on it. There is no voltage on the wires even when running.

Nope - its an accessory power socket like a cigarette lighter socket. Cell phone chargers, etc. can plug into it.

If there is no power, I think it is on a separate circuit so you may be missing the fuse - I'll check the manual later but I think it is fused separately.

I do have a cigarette lighter in the console and that has an Orange and black wire going to it. I would be interested if you can point me to the fuse for the Red ansd white wire connector.
