Posted a thread yesterday but its gone?

It said my thread was for moderation but its not in my profile at all 24ish hours later. Should I repost?

Hmm it appears any thread I post that has a picture needs to be moderated. How long does that normally take ?

I posed a new topic that said it needed a moderator to approve, That was 3 weeks ago and it hasnt shown up yet. And there is no way to contact an administrator.
