Default Problem with A/C blower.

Hello, I have a 2008 Outlander. My a/c blower stopped working the other night. I pulled the blower out and it was shot. The bearings were gone, it was obvious by the handful of bearing dust that few out. I replaced the blower, checked all fuses and relays, even swapped them with known working ones. Blower still won't run. I checked for voltage at the blower and got 10.5 on low and 5 on high. which seems backwards to me. I havent replaced the resistor pack yet. I'm out of town right now but will put power direct to the blower when i get home just to make sure. also the old blower would spin with direct power but you could hear the damaged bearing so i just swapped it. Any insights?

also i dont know if there are different switch setups for other models but my fan speed is controlled by the center of three *****. it has a board selection of speeds not just low medium and high.

Figures just as I paid the car off something would go out.

It was indeed the transistor pack. Replaced it and it worked fine.
