Exclamation problem finding right rear shocks outlander 2011

Hi there I will first introduce my self as new member of this forum.
My name is Bram and I'm from the Netherlands. I have a n Outlander 2011 with Diesel engine 4n14 177Bhp.

I encountered a problem finding some shocks for my Outtie. It seems that there are two different kind rear shocks on the market.
-One Mac Pherson (sheet metal Trailing arm) partnr. 4162a153
-Multi Link System (aluminium trailing arm) partnr. 4162a050

Now when you have an outie with mac person shocks and go looking on parts suppliers for a new shock you are deffenitly going to get the ones for the multi link systems.

I reaaly would like to get some other shockabsorbers which are better quality. Now it seems that the shocks of an outie 2006 are almost the same because I found some crossnumbers.

Is there anyone who found out more about this problem. I only found the right ones at KYB USA (KYB 341454) . But KYB Europe doesn't even have them in the catalogue.

I really would like Bilsteins. But they only have this made for the 2006 which have number 19-165349.
Would they fit my Outlander 2011??????

Hope somebody has found more about this problem!!
