Default Removing 2014 Outlander Stereo?

Hello folks. . new here, and also new owner of 2014 Outlander SE. Wondering how I can remove the stereo. . . I'm not seeing any direct screws holding on the stereo housing so I'm assuming there are some pry-points??

Anyone do this yet? I want to upgrade my head unit but don't want to destroy my dash and I can't find any instructions online for this particular year.

Thanks!

I'm about to do the same, have a look at this video
Are you putting in a double din? If so, what are you using to fill the gaps in the facia?

Im also on the look out for a GPS unit, what unit are you thinking of putting in?

so far this one is looking promising, supposedly can support canbus for steering controls.

Hi Jizza, I was able to silence the "beep" behind the dashboard with silicone after taking the entire dashboard apart, however, there is another beeper near the center front console/dashboard passenger side that is the major offender (the loadest one) that beeps when you start the car! Unbelievable! Any idea where the other beeper is?

Thanks,
Chris
