Hi and Happy New Year to everyone.
Have any of the UK owners had to replace tyres yet?
My elegance is just turning 24000 mile and shortly will require 2 new tyres. original fitments are Bridgestone 225/55 18 98v.
Any info as to suitable replacements with prices would be appreciated.. I have been quoted £191 plus vat each by my Mitsu deal ( ouch) !!!!!!

I will soon need two new front tyres on my Diamond in the UK I will be getting new Bridgestone Duelers as fitted by Mitsubishi.
I have previously used tyretraders.com and found then competitive they currently don't list the tyre (they used too) so might be worth ringing for a cost.
Tyre-shopper.co.uk are quoting £161.50 each and surprisingly the cheapest I've found is Kwik fit at £286.50 for two.
Let me know if you find cheaper as I will be ordering mine when the snow clears!

Thanks for the pointer to Kwik Fit.
I haven't found anywhere cheaper, just ordered two Bridgestones for £280.50 all in ( new valves , balance and nitrogen fill).
Just had it's first MOT test today, passed ok with caution on rear tyres (2mm); fronts still have 4mm so will move to rear and have new ones put on front as I mostly drive in front wheel drive mode. Car has just done 24000 miles and this is my first expense apart from a new rear wiper blade last year!
It's due for it's third service next month, dealer said it will include free 12 months extention to the Pan European breakdown cover! Can't be bad !
So far so good
Happy motoring
Ron
