My 2018 Outlander PHEV has a blown subwoofer and I’d like to replace it. I’m fine with the stock speakers and I’ll probably get a used one off eBay. How difficult is it to remove the sub? The service manual points me to a page that shows how to remove every interior panel on that side of the car, which I’m hoping is not necessary. Is it easier to replace just the speaker, or the whole enclosure?
