Is it the Nav package?
If so In my book for my 2010 (the book is dated 2007 lol) on page 7-24 it shows a picture of the music server screen.
On the right it shows group, playlist and track.
On the bottom left there is an up arrow (like this > but point at top).
Push that then push "Function Settings".
Next push delete all.
Then push yes and then yes again.
I hope this helps if not I can scan the page and try to post it.
