Road noise in 2014 Outlander Sport
I bought the car used, about 60 thousand miles ago, and usually drive with the sound sort of loud. I noticed excessive wind noise at the doors, removed the interior door panels, and sprayed a healthy coat of deadener on the inside of the doors. Instant satisfaction!
I now want to quieten the rear road noise. I thought ..tires. not completely, then possibly rear wheel bearings, but they would have caused a breakdown already.
Is there anywhere I can look to find how to remove the plastic panels at the rear wheel wells inside the trunk? Or, simply start removing fasteners until I get enough out to remove the panels? Sometimes that works, sometimes too many are removed and replacement is not altogether easy.
Any help is appreciated.
