Post Roof Rack and Video Information

Hey all! Newbie here. So, I got the crossbars as part of my deal with our recent 2017 Outlander purchase, but I opted to put them on myself. As I am looking around there seems to be a big void in Mitsubishi owner videos explaining how to put them on. Has anyone put them on and posted directions? Thanks for the help!

I installed my OEM's myself and don't recall any issues. They came with instructions, but I don't think I needed them. Use a ratchet to attach rack 2 male ends into 2 holes in the rails for each of the 4 feet. I don't recall there being much more to it than that. Is there a particular part of the install that's giving you trouble? Have pics?

We bought the car and were waiting on the roof rack to come so I was just looking for info. But it got here and I put it on no problem. Thanks for the response though

Good news. That explains why you thought it could be harder than it is. It was definitely one of the easier upgrades I've done on a car. Enjoy your Outlander!
