Default Rustproofing Outlander

I live in Ontario Canada where salt from the roads during winter can cause a lot of corrosion to any vehicle. I am considering rustproofing my 2004 Outlander with either an oil spray or the longer lasting tar like stuff. I would like some input before deciding whether to go ahead and do it. Please post any suggestions and if rustproofing would void any warranties on the vehicle.

Thank you

Default RE: Rustproofing Outlander

Thanks for that info on the Waxoyl, I found a rustproofer that will apply some goo for $200.00. He guarantees the stuff for 10 years.
I will let you all know how it goes. I should be getting it done within the next week.

Thanks again and please post more info. I think it is a worthwhile investment, if your gonna keep your vehicle for awhile.
