rusty hubs?

Default rusty hubs?
Do you guys have rust on the hub (actually steering knuckle) like mine, parts of the hub isn't painted..
it was like this when new.. but it was at a dealership close to the ocean.

My Pajero was like that but the Outlander is clean.
