Happens at low speed and over bumps.
struts have already been replaced.
when it rains,I dont hear it.
comes from middle front.

Some OS/RVR owners experienced similar noise and this topic was discussed in this and this thread in the Outlander Sport Forum. Although quite a few people (myself included) formulated suggestions there, this is a kind of problem that cannot be fixed over long distance. You will have to lift the car and attempt to isolate the source of the noise. Good luck.
