Hi All, new to the site and can’t see much on Shoguns however I think someone maybe able to help as the satnav/radio is common between models? I have a 2014 Shogun SG4 with a Rockford W-12 Unit and today I lost voice command on the satnav but still have all other functions working ok, radio, phone ect..
I’ve checked volume is up, and selected to on, I’ve tried a full system reset but still no voice. Anyone got any ideas before I have to visit a garage. Thanks in advance

 

First disconnect your battery completely for 10 minutes it will cause it to hard reboot. If that doesn't I recommend asking a Mitsu Master tech.

 

thanks tried this still no luck. Was told to check drivers speaker🤔... and it is not omitting any sound so looks like that speaker is at fault 🤞

 

I had the same problem with my Google Maps... Try this solution:

From the Main Screen on your Mitsubishi: Select "Home" > Swipe right and choose "Settings" (not "Vehicle Settings").

Then choose "System", then choose Voice Guidance Volume.
