Outlander 2014 - Hands free and GPS sound issue
Hello,
I am long time Outlander driver (since 2005). Lately, I was reading the forum but I decided to jump in because I am facing very weird issue with my car.
I had a crash and had to repair the car. The garage did the repair. But, I am facing very strange problem since then.
The Bluetooth connection is working and I am able to play music or even listen radio.
But when, I receive a call, I cannot hear the sound of the ring neither the voice of the caller. The caller can hear me. Also, when I use the built-in GPS, their is no more feedback voice. And, lastly, hands-free is not working. It can hear me but I cannot hear the voice back. So, the microphone is working. I think all those problem are all related.
During the repair, I had to change passenger side door and as well as air bag too.
I tried with 3 different phone, reset the sound system to default. I also notice that there were no sound in front doors speakers but I need to recheck tomorrow.
So before going to dealer, (because the garage was unable to fix and told me to go to dealer) , can I check few other things myself or do some more diagnostic ? Maybe their is some cables not well connected?
Please advise.
