I'm trying to reinstall the 3rd row seatbelts that I removed years ago. Unfortunately I can't get them to pull out - they are locked. They are retracted farther than they would be normally in the car - but it's not like they are jammed... just normal locking like when you pull too fast on your seatbelt. Except nothing I do will get them to release.

Any ideas? I don't see any buttons or levers on the mechanism that manually release or anything. And they don't look serviceable - no screws or bolts... press fits or rivet type fasteners.
